2. Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) ( wholesale price )and are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations.

Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, and handling charges unless stated otherwise.

Orders will be processed only after full or partial payment confirmation as agreed in the proforma invoice.

Bulk or custom orders may require an advance payment.
3. Payment Terms

We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, and authorized payment gateways.

For international buyers, payments can be made via SWIFT / PayPal / Wise.

Orders are dispatched only after payment verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid in advance using the available online payment methods. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch is usually done within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).

Delivery time depends on location and courier partner.

S R Trading Impex is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, transport strikes, or natural causes.

Risk of product damage or loss passes to the buyer once the shipment leaves our premises.

Insurance can be arranged upon request.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and delivered.
Customers are requested to verify the product specifications and order details carefully before placing an order.
No claims for return, replacement, exchange, or refund will be entertained after delivery.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.

For canceled orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
7. Product Information

All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference only and may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes.

8. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) is provided by the manufacturer only. All the product fully imported

No warranty is offered on electronic components, diodes, ICs, resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, or similar consumables once soldered or used.
9. Limitation of Liability

S R Trading Impex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold.

Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
